Liebherr has launched its first all-electric transhipment crane, the CBG 500 E, which can be configured for a range of operations including bulk and container handling.
The crane combines state-of-the-art drive technologies with Liebherr’s own crane control system Master V which forms the basis for integrating future assistance and automation systems into the crane long-term.
Fitted with the LiCaTronic energy recovery system, which makes optimum use of the energy available, the CBG 500 is able to support the increasing requirements regarding energy efficiency.
